Enjoy the pool with a sun deck and shaded lanai, contemporary furnishings and decor, a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, a family games room with a pool table and foosball table, and a large screen home theater room. Wi-Fi high-speed internet is provided for free. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. An $80 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. Champions Gate Resort stays at the 20,000 sq. ft. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, a lazy river, a splash park, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a tiki bar, and a movie theatre, along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and perfect for spending the entire day at the pool. Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. If you’re lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and drink while you soak in the sun. Little ones can enjoy organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones. For golf enthusiasts, Champions Gate features an 18-hole golf course, with another 36 holes next door designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also the world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
