Additionally, there is a separate apartment/in-law suite above the garage. The estate boasts 5 spacious themed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, along with two large living areas and a private pool. Enjoy a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, and games, as well as a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The home also features spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, and a free washer/dryer. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day for the entirety of your stay. Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least one week prior to check-in date. Located in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion Resort, you'll feel like you're enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. The resort offers a variety of dining options and is close to attractions such as alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. The community is secured by a 24-hour security guard, and parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property, and a maximum of 14 guests is allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
