Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, providing a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The dazzling kitchen, with its unique yellow and blue design, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances, is a culinary delight for any home chef. The open-concept dining area seats 8+ guests, and the tastefully furnished living room offers a cozy environment with comfortable couches, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the garage, driveway, and neighborhood streets. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located less than 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, McKinney is a historic city with a unique identity. Explore preserved 19th-century buildings in the historic downtown, family-run businesses along Main Street, and a variety of restaurants, arts, and greenery. Nearby attractions include Historic Downtown McKinney, Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary, and Mitas Hill Vineyard. Smoking is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
