Start your day right at the cozy coffee bar and enjoy the serene ambiance of the thoughtfully designed home. Driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking in front of the home. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee applies, and a $65 extended stay cleaning fee per week will be charged separately for stays of 6 or more nights. Centrally located near Downtown, McGee Beach, Cole Park, and Pier, this apartment offers easy access to a variety of dining options in the vibrant neighborhood. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach, parks, and downtown, plus amenities like grocery stores and cafes, making it ideal for exploring all that Corpus Christi has to offer. The neighborhood reflects a diverse range of socio-economic backgrounds and urban living, including a homeless and transient population. If you are not comfortable with an inner-city environment, reconsider booking this property. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, subject to a $100 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, subject to a $200 fine for violations. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 am, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. The property features a Ring doorbell for security, and both units in the bungalow can be booked at a discount. Streaming services are bring your own login, and starter supplies are provided to help you settle in. Any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered. Guests may not have personal mail or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the host.
