Our pool heat fee is $45 per day and must be requested before your arrival, with a minimum of 2 days' notice needed. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. While the use of the pool and spa is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. The Oasis Club at Champions Gate is a vibrant resort community that offers an impressive clubhouse filled with exceptional amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy a movie room, a fun-filled games room, and a delightful grille room restaurant perfect for casual dining. For those looking to stay active, the fitness center and aerobics room provide ample opportunities to maintain your workout routine. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the Champions Gate Country Club golf course, while families can take advantage of the full-service restaurant and Kids Club, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Only guests aged 25 and older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
