The condo complex has a shared heated pool outside, perfect for a dip anytime, whether it's sunny or a bit chilly. It also features a shared BBQ space which makes it perfect to share with friends and family, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay. It is decked out with charming decorations and modern stuff for your comfort, like speedy internet and entertainment options. Parking is available with a limit of 2 cars and the parking fee is included in the total amount. This cozy unit is not just a stay; it's a place near the beach, offering comfort and coastal vibes for an unforgettable Gulf Shores experience. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5 pm. Guests may experience construction noise during this time. It is a construction site, however, the outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Golf Club 4.1 km, Waterville USA 4.7 km, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo 4.8 km, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, The Wharf 11.4 km, Adventure Island 12.4 km, and The Park at OWA.
