A washer and dryer are located inside the apartment for maximum convenience. Enjoy seasonal pool access from May to September, limited to registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests incurring an extra fee. Stay active with a fully equipped gym featuring state-of-the-art machines and free weights. Gather with friends or family in the outdoor grilling area. Convenient parking is available for just $20 per night, with one parking spot included per stay. A set of towels is provided for each registered guest, with no additional towels beyond the initial set. The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property are charged a $300 fine.
