On the same floor, a laundry room comes in handy for longer stays, and a convenient half bath adds to the comfort. A nice deck with a grill allows you to prep an easy dinner while soaking in the mountain views and lush surrounding greenery. Discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway and pool and gym passes at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa are available. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. This home does not have AC, but fans are provided for your comfort. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, and is not suitable for parties or loud groups. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. Propane and charcoal grills or any form of open fire are strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refunds. Electronic noise monitoring is in use, and guests are responsible for any fines levied for violations of local regulations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a fee. No pets or unauthorized guests are allowed, and a fee applies for violations. No smoking inside the unit, with a fee for violations. Trash or food should not be left outside due to the presence of wildlife.
