The luxurious kitchen, with modern farmhouse accents, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including matching appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave. The dining room, brightly lit and furnished with colorful modern artwork, offers a dedicated area for sit-down meals, complete with a dining table that seats 8. Free parking is available to guests, with options to park in the garage and on the driveway. A laundry room is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Richardson is a lively, robust city located in the suburbs of Dallas.
