Fully furnished studio for senior executives looking for upscale temporary corporate housing or a "work from anywhere" home. This private and secure luxury condominium is available for short term leases for 31 days to 4 months. From the elegant Belgian hardwood floors to the massive kitchen island, every design detail have been meticulously planned to create extra work spaces. This studio will have the comfort of home while inspiring you and allowing you to be productive on your assignment away from office. Your workspace includes a computer desk, filing cabinet and Wi-Fi. The condo is bright and sunny with 10 operable windows for cross ventilation of fresh ocean air and nine foot high ceilings. It is decorated with elegant Pottery Barn and Ethan Allen furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures are from Kohler and Kitchen Aid’s best selection. The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, housewares and kitchenware while the farmhouse sink is from Kohler. Window coverings are Silhouette shadings by Hunter Douglas. The studio's comfort for our guests is a top priority: The Pottery Barn bed includes a plush 15” thick pillow top mattress and a warm and cozy duvet cover. The shower head has a filter to minimize water minerals on your skin. IMPORTANT Please review below some of the Rental Terms and Conditions from the rental agreement: 1. Monthly Rental Rate: $4,500 plus weekly $75 cleaning fee. See current Specials below. No rentals under 31 days will be accepted. 2. Security Deposit: $3,500 3. Occupancy is for one occupant only due to size and furnishings. Additional $100 daily rent per added occupant not on lease. Inspections allowed by Ca rental laws will be conducted. 4. Weekly required housekeeping without dishwashing at additional fee of $75 per week. 4. Leases are for a minimum of 31 days or more without exception as required by HOA CC&R's. 5. Maximum rental 120-day preferred to allow for maintenance and repair of any wear & tear. 3. Utility Allowance: $500 recurring per rental agreement. Tenant pays for any overage above $500 a month. 6. Assigned Parking: for 1 car and for tenant only. Car registration with HOA manager is required prior to use. Only street parking is available for guests. 7. No pets of any kind are allowed, except as required by law. 8. Required Tenant Abidance Agreement with HOA Rules & Regulations and Tenant and Car Registrations to be signed along with lease agreement prior to Check In. 9. Move In Checklist to be reviewed at Check In with owner or agent and signed by tenant on Check In Date. 10. Rental must be returned to its original cleanliness and condition free of damages as per executed Move In Checklist. 11. Compliance with HOA noise nuisance rules and noise ordinances of the City of Goleta are enforced 24/7 including holidays. 12. No smoking or other odor nuisance are allowed in the condo and within the Hideaway Community interior and exterior common areas. To stay fit, you will be within proximity of Goleta Beach Park, Santa Barbara beaches, walking and jogging trails, public tennis courts and several beaches. In addition, several gyms are within close distance including the following Gold's Gym, CrossFit Santa Barbara, Planet Fitness. If you enjoy golf, make a reservation at Sandpiper Golf Course across the street. This eight year old pristine condominium is part of the upscale Hideaway development and is a rare find. You will find peace and quiet in the magnificent California native vegetation preserved by the Hideaway Community Development. Enjoy breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean on meandering walkways.
