This home offers direct Beaver Lake access, just a short walk to a public beach area. Enjoy the hot tub, two paddle boards, a kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs available for guests. The game room features a shuffleboard table, kitchenette, large TV, and board games. The large patio space includes an outdoor dining table and grill, while the interior boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with lake views. The residential elevator provides easy access across the four floors, which include three living spaces, two King suites with full attached bathrooms, an office space, and a kid-friendly environment with a Pack 'n Play available. A washer and dryer are also available, and the home is pet-friendly with a small fee. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized dogs or cats will incur a fine of $400. The home is pet-friendly with a small fee. The home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. The property is down a short dirt road, and while a 4-wheel drive is recommended, it is not required. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
