Studio: The studio kitchen has plenty of counter space and wire storage beneath with new kitchenware. Enjoy cooking with a brand new stove and refrigerator. Two sets of French doors facing the beautifully landscaped front yard lights up the room and offers a great breezeway. This large studio is big enough for a bedroom as well, so currently it includes a queen size bed and dresser. So this unit can also be used as a 2-bedroom! Pets allowed upon owner discretion. No smoking (tobacco, vape, marijuana) allowed. Yard and parking is shared with upper unit tenants. This sunny and breezy home is the bottom unit of a house. Only the yard and parking is shared. Separate entrance, laundry, kitchen, etc. There are currently 2 queen beds - one in the bedroom and one in the studio, so this home can sleep 4 people. Super friendly neighborhood, with space between neighboring houses for privacy. Walking distance to the ocean. Great streets for walking in the evening.
