This new building is adding 36 market rate units to the existing 40 units at the 14th Street Apartments properties. These new units include Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom apartments with garages also available. These apartments are spacious and nicely appointed with granite counter tops, hardwood mill work, and balconies all surrounded by City Park. With a location that is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as churches and schools, this is one opportunity that you are not going to want to miss. Nestled in a bend along the St. Louis River, Cloquet exudes Midwest charm. The north part of the city lies on the other side of the river, creating a variety of viewpoints to experience the distinct change in seasons.
