This is a very comfortable, beautifully decorated unit with 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with a queen murphy bed), 2 bathrooms (with showers). All utilities included in rent: electricity/gas/water/garbage/high-speed internet/wi-fi. Layout feels spacious with plenty of storage, and bedrooms/bathrooms feel private as they are separated by the living room/kitchen area in the middle. Parking is uncovered but off-street, on parking pad directly in front of the unit. Fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving in the kitchen, sheets and towels in bedrooms and bathrooms. Large wall-mounted SmartTV in living room/kitchen area, smaller wall-mounted SmartTV in Bedroom 2, wall-mounted computer monitor in Bedroom 1 with small desk. The living room and both bedrooms each have their own ceiling fans, as well as Euro-style heater/AC units mounted on the wall near the ceiling. All full-sized appliances, including gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stacked washer/dryer. Bedroom 2 can be used as a bedroom with Murphy bed down, or as a study/office/yoga room with Murphy bed folded up.
