Rate is based off a 5-month lease and subject to change for a longer lease. There is a propane deposit of $4,000. Usage is tracked during the lease and reconciled at lease end. Tenant is responsible for keeping the propane tank clear of snow and for shoveling the stairs and decks. Contractor recommendations can be provided to hire.
