Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting retreat that blends comfort with convenience. The open living area offers plenty of seating for the whole group and a Smart TV for movie nights or catching the big game. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, while the dining area makes family meals a highlight of the day. Each of the four bedrooms provides a cozy, private space to rest and recharge after adventures on the water. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Please note that parking is not allowed in the yard or off the driveway. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or days filled with outdoor fun, Last Resort delivers. Spend mornings fishing off the pier, afternoons exploring the calm waters of the lagoon, and evenings gathered together under the tiki lights. With space for family and friends, this home is more than just a place to stay — it’s a destination of its own. Local attractions include the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, Little Lagoon Pass Park with public beach access, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf at Orange Beach, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Track Family Fun Park, Pirates Island Adventure Golf, and Pelican Place at Craft Farms. The home has a strict no pets policy, including emotional support animals, with only ADA compliant service dogs allowed according to Federal Law. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years, and a state identification card or driver license copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for safety and protection, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided, and the traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
