The Studio is on the second floor of unused garages (the garages are storage). You will have gated uncovered parking. The studio is set back very nicely at the end of a private driveway. There is a duplex in front (quiet people are in the duplex). You are by Sherman Oaks School, so there will be traffic and noise on the school days. The Studio is very embracing and FULLY furnished, pretty much like an Air BnB. Note: There are stairs to the unit so if you find stairs cumbersome, please reconsider your interest in this studio. You have your very own small backyard, fruit trees and a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the greenery. A pet is allowed but ask first. The studio is for only you and we'd rather no overnight guests. You also have ALL appliances, and a TV provided. Included is a very nice fireplace which will be wonderful ambiance for you in the winter months or cooler evenings. It's a Very Private Secluded Environment. Remember: It's pretty much fully furnished. You must have good references and potential tenant will be fully vetted. Would appreciate it if you love having a small back yard. Close to all Transportation (Freeways too) and very near Ventura Blvd. Also a very walkable area. You will have a gated free parking space but no garage. The quality of the neighborhood is very good and you will be SOUTH of the Blvd. in Sherman Oaks.
SHORT TERM OKAY. It's a very nice Large Private Studio. South of the Blvd. near Sherman Oaks school. Security and Gated (actually 2 gates). Free Parking on premises. You WILL have to climb stairs so if that is a concern, be aware of that. An upper private unit with a nice view. Great balcony. The Studio is very embracing, and nicely furnished. All amenities and linens including a washer and dryer. Very comfortable bed. A stocked kitchen to meet all of your needs, TV and wi/fi/Cable. Shower only, in bathroom. Heating and Air. Gas Fireplace to enjoy during the winter/inclement weather. Very clean and comfortable place to be in. Gated and fenced backyard all to yourself. Would truly prefer no overnight guests. Perfect for a reclusive person, writer etc. You pretty much have to just bring your suitcase and computer to move in. Short term is okay. Application/Copy of Drivers License required. References will be deeply checked, vetted/verified. Refundable deposit required. Pets Okay but ask first. Available to show and ready to go! It's a sweet sweet place and a first on Apt's .com. Higher end clean and embracing environment. Very private.
