The main outdoor feature of the home is the pool with a large screened lanai and a nice covered area with an outdoor dining set. The main living areas of the home include an open concept family room with slider access to the pool and lanai, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a den/office. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a wash sink that had a brand new washer and dryer added in May 2024. The home has a fourth bedroom but the owners keep it locked with their personal belongings and it won't be available for guest use.
