Solar heated swimming pool (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and community garden are included in condo community amenities. Please note that the garden has a waitlist. Shared lawn is maintained by HOA. Note that tenant is subject to HOA policies as well as the terms of the lease. Residents’ guide here available.
