During this time owners will also be using the art studio. •Evaporative Cooling throughout the house. Two of the bedrooms have newly installed mini-split air conditioner. - Portable or window A/C units may be installed at the tenant’s expense, subject to prior approval. Please note that any additional electricity usage resulting from these units could incur an extra charge beyond the standard monthly rent and utility payment. • Stairs present at the property • Casita is not included in the rental, main house only available to the tenant • Art building in the rear of the home is not included • Fireplace is decorative only and not for use • Property is unfurnished, 6-8 month lease accepted.
