This two-level house provides ample sleeping arrangements and a fully upgraded kitchen with beautiful wood countertops and all major appliances needed for a great beach getaway. Enjoy the outdoor space with picnic tables, grills, and a fenced backyard featuring a volleyball court, perfect for kids or the young at heart. The property offers free parking space with a maximum of three cars parked under the house on the left side. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. A $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax applies for one pet, and pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by pets. Located within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, this property is near restaurants, shopping, and major Gulf Shores events like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout. Explore miles of beautiful sandy beaches, Gulf State Park with its beaches and fishing pier, and enjoy dining at nearby restaurants and bars offering fresh-caught seafood and sunset views. For more entertainment, visit the Wharf for zip lining, mini-golf, arcade games, live music, and a giant Ferris wheel. This property is a duplex with some shared amenities and features security cameras outside for safety. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters exceeding this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Guests must inform about pets when making a reservation, with fines up to $500 for policy violations.
