No pets are allowed. Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information: * The pool faces North Pool size: 13\' x 30\' x 5.5\'D Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * Two cars can park in the garage Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
