Enjoy a large, screened-in balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A pet fee of $99 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets, as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. High-speed internet is available throughout the condo, ensuring you can stay connected for work or leisure. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
