Please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed, as yellow spaces are reserved. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered with full names and ID provided. The HVAC system operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and AC from May 15 to October 1. The operation of the HVAC during transitions is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300 per building policy. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property also incur a $300 fine.
