Beautifully situated with a beach access boardwalk directly across the street, this home provides plenty of room for your family and friends to relax after a day spent in Port St. Joe's soft white sand. Enter through a screened-in porch, one of three at the house, to find a main-level living space that's open, air-conditioned, and full of sunlight, bringing together the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. The house is directly across from the beach, just a 2-minute walk away. This spacious home features four themed bedrooms and six bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Enjoy the large living area, free washer and dryer, outdoor fire pit, putting green, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The bedrooms include a MIL suite with a queen bed, Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 with two twin beds. Additional amenities include outdoor patio furniture, a grill, and a firepit. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. One house-trained dog is allowed, with a pet fee applied. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Additional parking is available in the community at Lava Tree Dr for overflow parking, accommodating up to five cars in total. During the day, parking is available in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Affectionately referred to by the locals as a "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe offers a casual escape with its soft, sandy beaches, snorkeling in the Gulf of Mexico, and fishing excursions. Enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina perfect for al fresco dining. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Kids will love attractions like the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center and George Core Park. Visit St. Joe Beach for family-friendly fun with soft sand and gentle surf. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Plumbing is extremely sensitive, and a fine of up to $500 will apply for violations. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. Trash should be disposed of properly upon departure, and damages should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
