Welcome to your home away from home in the much-desired neighborhood of Spring Valley Park. Step inside and be greeted by a beautiful balance of clean modern design accented with cozy rustic touches. The large living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Spend some time in the perfectly manicured backyard, lounge by the fire pit, and challenge each other to some friendly lawn games. This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the private back driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Come experience the best of Dallas, a bustling cosmopolitan known for its sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas. Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts, each with its own distinct vibe and attractions. From spectacular museums and performing arts venues in the Arts District to the buzzing nightlife of live music and lively bars, there’s something for everyone here in Dallas. Nearby attractions include the Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, White Rock Lake Park, Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, Deep Ellum, and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, all within a 20 to 25-minute drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. The fireplace is gas-operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with its operation, ensuring it is never left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
