Please note that due to construction in the area there is currently a chain-link temporary fence along the back, however, this will be replaced with a sound barrier cement wall. Great schools include the top-rated Union High School. Close to nearby shopping (Walmart Supercenter, Safeway, Fred Meyer) and Vancouver's renowned "Dinosaur Park." Centrally located with easy access to Padden Parkway, SR-500, and I-205. 12-month or 24-month lease available, which requires the first and last month's rent, plus a $2,695 deposit ($500 of which is a non-refundable cleaning fee). Up to 4 dogs/cats under 40 lbs. preferred, but larger sizes are allowable upon approval. Dogs over 40 lbs may be approved on a case-by-case basis with proof of current vaccinations, registered county license, and either proof of completion of basic obedience training or a veterinarian statement confirming non-aggressive temperament. All pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and under tenant's care at all times (i.e., not roaming around outside of fenced area). A brief meet-and-greet may be requested prior to approval. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $35 per month pet rent per pet. No smoking or vaping on premises. Renter's Insurance required (with proof of pet liability coverage if there are pets). Tenant must conduct yard maintenance. Tenant screening is conducted through RentPrep/Stessa. There is a $59 per applicant screening fee, payable directly through RentPrep/Stessa, which includes a background check, credit report, and income verification.
