Julia is known for her clear communication, professional integrity, and commitment to guiding every client through a seamless and successful transaction. A consistent top producer, Julia has earned the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award through 2023, placing her in the top 15 percent of agents globally. She holds several of the industry’s most respected designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Waterfront Specialist. She has been recognized in the Florida Realtors Honor Society for 8 consecutive years, reflecting her ongoing commitment to education, leadership, and professional excellence. Before transitioning into real estate, Julia held leadership roles in nonprofit administration and banking, managing educational and outreach programs, volunteer coordination, marketing, and financial operations. Julia has served on both local and state Realtor Association boards and is a former board member of the Humane Society of Sarasota County.
