For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in unit or house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or house and linens. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. No pets allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Suitable for children (2-12 years) and suitable for infants (under 2 years).
