Beautiful 4th/top floor apartment available. Located just off Highway 36 near Flatirons Mall with a quick 10-15 minute commute to Boulder, Louisville, and Lafayette and about 20-30 minutes to Denver. There are two bedrooms (one with a HUGE walk-in closet), 1 bathroom and a laundry room (appliances included). It is a great open floor plan with the kitchen completely open to the living room. It is an east-facing apartment so there is great morning light. Off the living room, there is a patio with plenty of room for a BBQ or a cute table/chairs set. I have been able to keep a small garden since the morning light is perfect for many plants. There is one covered parking spot in the gated garage and a parking lot for any additional cars. The building is secure with access only granted with a key FOB or a code (which you can personalize by talking with the staff). And there is an elevator! No walking up and down 4 flights of stairs (unless you want to). There is a nice, well-kept club-house with a workout room, game room, theatre room, business/computer room and pool. There are two outdoor fireplaces, one of which is on the rooftop patio. Next to the pool are two BBQs for free use as well. The staff in the clubhouse are all extremely nice and do a great job of remembering their residents. They also put on several community events including, but not limited to, weekly yoga and monthly paint & sip events. And one of my favorite parts, they have free coffee in the clubhouse! Their machine will make you a latte, espresso or regular coffee and the staff provides yummy syrups to flavor it with. We will also provide you with a tour of the clubhouse facilities during a showing. We have lived here for about a year and are moving since we are purchasing a house. We are looking for someone to take over our lease which will end in early May at which point you can renew if you'd like. Fun Perk: You will get to keep the deposit that was put on this apartment when the lease was originally signed! The available date says October 15th, but it may be sooner than that depending on when our contract closes on the new house. The contract is scheduled to close at the end of September so the apartment may be available, like I said, sooner than the 15th. We are flexible with showing times for anyone interested.
