Plenty of additional storage in the butler's pantry and walk in closet! Gorgeous hardwoods, exposed brick, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! One of the best breakfast places in town, James Brown, is across the street. L and M Lanes is walking distance (cheap beer and bowling). This apartment is close to many bars and restaurants and is just a $8-10 Uber from downtown. Owner pays for water, trash removal, recycling and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays for gas, electricity and internet. Qualifications for the full application include the following minimums for EACH tenant over the age of eighteen: EACH tenant must have a credit score of 600 or co-signer, EACH tenant must have a monthly income of at least $4000 No felonies or violent crimes. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month rent is required to reserve the unit. Please send me an email. I will send you a link with an application form. The link will require you to pay $29 which will include your identify verification, pulling of a credit report, doing a criminal background check and eviction record. Monthly income requirement $4000. Minimum credit score 600. NO EXCEPTIONS.
