The property welcomes up to 4 dogs per stay, with a fee of $60 for small dogs and $100 for large dogs. All dogs must be declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only, with a crate required if left alone indoors and a leash required when outside. No pets on furniture, so please bring your pet’s bedding. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Do not unplug or tamper with it during your stay. The patio and parking areas are shared with other guests. Enjoy the outdoor areas while respecting everyone's space. Maximum of 2 compact cars per unit, with additional vehicles required to park on the street.
