The condo features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a private and serene space to unwind. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. For larger groups, the living room includes a sleep sofa, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The condo is up one flight of stairs inside the front door. Beyond the bedrooms, the condo boasts an array of amenities to enhance your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi and various streaming services are available to keep you connected and entertained, while the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch to your evenings in. The open kitchen and dining area are perfect for home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy on the balcony with picturesque mountain views. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open all year with specific hours. The fitness center is open 24/7. Key cards are required for access to these amenities. The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit are open from Memorial Day to mid-September. Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot, and non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Parking is a breeze with a reserved indoor spot, along with additional outdoor parking and EV charging facilities. The convenience extends to the resort's offerings, including a free shuttle to Killington Resort from Thanksgiving to Easter, ensuring easy access to skiing and snowboarding adventures. After a day of outdoor fun, relax and rejuvenate in the spa, featuring a gym, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. During the summer, take advantage of the outdoor heated pool, firepit, or BBQ grills. The condo is only a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge. Construction work will be underway from May through November 2024 and 2025, with scaffolding and potential noise. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work. The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only allowed outside and 75 feet away from the building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Pets are not allowed, with a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. No parties, large groups, or events are allowed. A community laundry room is available in each building, but the condo does not have its own washer and dryer. Winter maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios. The town has well water high in mineral content, so bottled water is recommended if you do not like the taste. Winter weather is unpredictable, and weather-related refunds are not offered, so travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
