The second bedroom has another comfortable bed, this one full-sized, a vanity, shelving, and closet. The bedroom window showcases an incredible view of Lake Superior most of the year (when foliage isn't in full bloom). The third bedroom has a gorgeous green velvet full-sized futon (with egg crate and plush padding for sleeping), closet, and the same incredible view of Lake Superior. The backyard is a perfect place to hang out and listen to the sounds of nearby Chester Creek or have a bonfire in the large, in-ground fire pit. There is also a detached one car garage that provides additional storage if needed. There is an off-street parking spot as well. Utilities included in rent are heat, electric, water/sewer/garbage, and high speed internet. Cats are a definite no, a dog or two may be negotiable for an additional cost.
