The house has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, refrigerator, Wifi, and TV. Our Tudor is stocked with linens and towels. Enjoy your morning on the deck with a cup of coffee or tea. Pets are welcome! Dog or cat. There is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet, maximum of 1 pet. We are located under the flight path so you will hear the planes flying over into San Diego Airport when you are outside, however, guests do not find this to be bothersome. You won't hear the noise inside. The house is well insulated and has triple-pane windows. The bedroom is naturally lit with a queen-size bed, nightstand, and ample sized closet. The bathroom with skylight showcases a beautiful bathtub finished in slate tile. It also has a walk-in shower. It's all about LOCATION, and we promise you won't find a better one than this one. We're in a beautiful walkable neighborhood with a great community. We are a few blocks away from at least two coffee shops, a few restaurants, a local market, and the amazing Grape Street Dog Park! Getting around is easy.
