The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, a 2-in-1 coffee maker, espresso machine, and bubbly water filter. The home accommodates up to 16 guests with four private bedrooms and two full-size bunk beds in the game room. Access to the guest house is available for an additional fee, subject to prior approval. Guests are responsible for purchasing personal use items if they run out during their stay. Sycamore Ranch is ideally located with access to the White River and is just 8 miles from Starkey Marina and 7 miles from The Beaver Dam Site Park. Historic Downtown Eureka Springs, with its shops, eateries, and bars, is only 8 miles away, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited, and violations will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and unapproved parties will incur a $1000 fine. For safety, Side-by-Sides and 4-Wheelers are not permitted on the property or nearby areas. Property management personnel may be present on the property and are available for questions about the trail system. The sophisticated office space includes a desk, chair, keyboard, and printer, making it perfect for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
