Perfect for families, couples, or group getaways, this peaceful retreat blends rustic charm with modern comfort—an ideal home base for exploring Dollywood, local dining, outdoor adventures, and more. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a deck patio with outdoor furniture, mountain views, air conditioning, internet and Wi-Fi, and a fireplace. The property offers free parking on site with a maximum of 2 cars allowed. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this home offers easy access to local attractions such as Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park, Beyond the Lens! Family Fun, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Castle of Chaos. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. The water at this cabin is provided by a Well Water System, which has a strong sulfur odor. The water is treated monthly by a professional water treatment company and is perfectly safe, though many guests may wish to bring additional spring water for drinking purposes. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area. At least one guest must be 25 years or older, and proof of age will be required at check-in. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage that may occur during the rental period. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. No firearms, fireworks, or ATVs are allowed. This is a non-smoking cabin, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. All of the cabins are located in the mountains of East Tennessee, where you are likely to encounter wildlife such as deer, bears, raccoons, snakes, and bugs of various types, including wasps and hornets. Admire these creatures from a safe distance and do not feed the wildlife to preserve them in their natural state.
