Moving and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Lease price is $2191. Apartment is scheduled to be completely renovated after July 1st. Renovation includes hardwood flooring, all new appliances, granite counter tops, and more. The lease ends 2/26/2018. Contact for pictures or tour of the unit. If you wish to take over the lease as-is and not opt-in for a renovation that is an option for you. When I move out on July 1st and if you choose to have the unit renovated then the apartment management will begin the renovation which can be either a live-in renovation or you can push back your move-in date to accommodate your timeframe.
