If you see this listing then the apartment is available. I will only remove when I have a signed agreement. Availability for showing: Can show during the week after 5:30pm or on weekends anytime. Apartment is located in East Setauket and is part of our single family home. The apartment is a ground level apartment [not a basement apartment] that sits alongside of our home. There is a lock off door between the apartment and the main home. The apartment is spacious with vaulted ceilings that you don't realize you are part of the main home. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and consists of 1 very large bedroom suite with full bath and with large walk-in closet, coat closet, living room with fireplace, half bath off of living room, eat in kitchen with vaulted ceilings and skylights and with updated appliances, laundry area, storage area, nice deck off of kitchen, own separate entrance with parking conveniently located in front of home. There is a flat rate of $300.00 a month charge in addition to the rent that pays for the utilities. This would cover gas, electric, water and sewer as with a traditional home or apartment. The only thing you would need to cover is cable and internet. Please note that conditions apply to use of utilities. We are located on a very quiet dead end street very close to the Port Jefferson town line in East Setauket. We are 12 minutes from Stony Brook Hospital and 8 minutes from Technology drive. The home is part of the 3 village school district. Nearest train station to home is Port Jefferson Station [5 min drive] but requires train transfer if headed to NYC and nearest train to NYC direct with no transfer required is Ronkonkoma which is 10 mins from home. We are located off of exit 62 on the LIE. From exit 62 to home is approx, 10 min drive. When you respond to this add please include the following: A little about yourself, your current living situation including where and how long, why you are looking to move, who would be living in the home, do you have pets, why East Setauket makes sense for you to live, is it close to work? The schools? Close to University? 12 month lease rent is $1,700 plus the utility charge of $300 Month to month rent is $2,200 plus the utility charge of $300 All adults over 18 required to be on lease. Background and credit check required. Each adult pays non-refundable $150.00 application fee. Require first months rent, + 1.5 security and there is no one month agent fee if you come through CL add.
