It features exposed brick and hardwood floors for a classic Boston aesthetic, a 65" flat-screen TV, two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, two full baths, an Xbox TV area on the lower level, and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 video security guard monitoring. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock-out fee. Located between Clarendon and Berkeley Streets, this Back Bay gem is just a block from Copley Square Shopping Mall and a short 0.2-mile walk to Back Bay Station. If you are sensitive to noise, Club Café plays music from Thursday through Sunday. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. A 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are taking place throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic Boston elegance. Fast, reliable commercial Wi-Fi is available, ensuring a remote work-friendly environment.
