There is a double futon in the living room along with a reclining loveseat, two glider chairs, a lighted stand, and a coffee table. There are two chaise lounges, a table for working, and a table with six chairs for dining in the dining area. High-speed wireless Internet is currently available as an additional benefit. Driveway snow plowing and lawn care are included. A coin-operated laundry is available on-site. It is located in downtown Phillips, so you will be in walking distance to all the shops and the grocery store is a block and a half away. This rental can accommodate 1 or 2 people. Some pets are welcome. We pay the utilities (heat, water, sewer, and electric). The square footage is an estimate; we need to measure.
