It is located in downtown hopkins steps from main street and the biking trail. In Person showings available. This home has one bedroom in the front of the house and an office off of the kitchen. The office can be used as a second bedroom but does not have a closet. Small one car garage, you are in luck if you have a small Honda civic. Lockable shed. Unfinished basement with laundry and room for storage. Central Air. All utilities and lawn and snow are tenant responsibilities. The yard is fenced in, the north side of the yard the fence is more a temporary fencing and does not match the black fence you will see on the south side of the property. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
