Please communicate with us if there is to be a delay. 2. How much does it cost to move in? Deposit is due once the lease has been signed by you, but before the lease is executed. A move in inventory form will be sent to you. Before the end of five days after move-in, the inventory form should be returned to us, addressing any requested repairs and identifying any items of note, so that you are not penalized for them at move-out. If inventory form is not completed, there will be no defects assumed in the property’s condition. 5. What if I don’t have enough money for the security deposit? We have a security deposit alternative for those who qualify and are low on cash.
