The living room is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering designer furnishings and decor, an L-shaped sectional, chairs, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Free parking is available on the premises, with space for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Welcome to DeSoto, a hidden gem in the heart of Texas that you won't want to miss. Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Dallas, DeSoto offers the perfect blend of big city excitement and small-town charm. With its beautiful parks, vibrant arts scene, and unique local cuisine, DeSoto has something for everyone. Explore nearby attractions like the Windmill Hill Nature Preserve, DeSoto Civic Center, and Les Zeiger Park, or venture into Dallas to visit the Sixth Floor Museum, the Dallas World Aquarium, and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels are monitored to ensure compliance with local ordinances. We only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture, with pet cleaning fees applied. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Each bedroom is equipped with dressers, workstations, and decor, providing a perfect sanctuary to relax, recharge, and wake up feeling refreshed. A laptop computer is not included.
