Great Landlords, Great Location!

The landlords Elizabeth and Maria were a pleasure to deal with, always on top of things and even offered me free cleaning and organizing help before moving out! The location across from Covent Garden Market was great too :)

Amazing landlords, space and tenants!

I’ve lived at 123 King St. a little over three years now and remain impressed by how responsive and attentive the landlords are. They consistently check-in and maintain the building and its units. As a result, the environment is always clean and well kept. But what truly makes a building? The tenants - friendly & quiet. Can’t ask for more!

Beautiful clean apartments!! Exceptional property management and landlord.

I have been living at MarketView properties for almost two years now and it has been the best experience I have had with any landlord/property company. The building is in an excellent location downtown, offering beautiful, unique, clean apartments with exposed brick and skylights. Steps away to all amenities. Maria and Elizabeth have been exceptional. They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions and offer solutions to any situation you may have. The preventative maintenance is above and beyond. I would highly recommend the apartments at 123 King! Don't wait too long!
