Some photos in this listing show the apartment partially staged to give an idea of what the apartment will look like with your own personal touch. The apartment is not furnished. This spacious apartment is filled with natural light, has hardwood floors throughout the main living area, a decorator fireplace, and period crown moulding. The eat-in kitchen features granite countertops and period cabinetry. The spacious bedroom features a large closet that runs the length of the entire room and has an adjoining small room suitable for a home office. Ample closet space throughout. The bathroom is in period style with a deep-soaking tub with shower, pedestal sink, and tile floor. The grounds are meticulously maintained and include three separate areas for al fresco coffee or dining in the summer months, two areas in the back courtyard area and one area on a communal balcony overlooking 20th Avenue. Bike garage allows for easy access and storage of tenant bikes. Laundry on site and included with rent. Apartments are non-smoking. Tenant pays electric, cable, internet and a small charge towards the sewer/water (every month at $35.00 or quarterly at $105.00). Application fee is $40.00 per person. Cat/Small Dog deposit additional $250.00 each pet. Fuller Apartments evokes Portland's past while being firmly rooted in the present. Located in the Alphabet District between the Pearl and Slabtown, this Northwest Portland neighborhood boasts transportation choices galore, with walking, biking, the trolley half a block away to downtown and PSU, and bus, as well as close access to I-405, I-5, and US 26. It is only a few blocks to the shops, restaurants and coffee shops of NW 21st and 23rd, as well as New Seasons Market, Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer. Personal favorite restaurants include The Red Onion Thai, Escape from New York Pizza and Papa Haydn's, not to mention Salt and Straw for ice cream.
