The primary bedroom includes ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The living room has a private balcony with peek-a-boo views. The second bedroom and bathroom are situated at the opposite end of the unit, which allows for privacy between the two separate sleeping and bathing areas. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. There are wood floors throughout the living areas and tile in the updated bathrooms featuring Toto toilets. The unit has central air conditioning and heating. Residents of the building enjoy access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym with shower & sauna, recreational room with pool table, conference room and guest parking. The building also has two electric vehicle charging stations available for use for a fee. In-person security coverage is 6 days per week with video cameras monitoring 24 hours daily. Unit is currently tenant occupied and can be shown by appointment. Available for move-in starting September 30, 2023. One year minimum lease. Owner pays HOA dues. Water and trash are included in the rent. Tenant pays gas, electric and any other elective services such as internet or cable, etc. The building is non-smoking. Security deposit is $3,750. Small dog(s) may be considered for an additional $500 pet security deposit along with a $50 monthly pet rental fee per animal. Tenant must carry a renter’s insurance policy effective upon move-in date (and for the duration of tenancy) and provide proof.
