Pets are welcome, and the apartment is close to shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures. This cozy and charming space has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The living room is bathed in natural light and features a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your crew. The bedrooms include a comfy queen bed for a peaceful night's sleep and triple bunk beds that kids will love. A clean and convenient full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and all the essentials provided. The entire basement apartment is yours, with a locked door connecting to the main house that can be opened upon request to access the laundry room. Washer and dryer are available for a small fee. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Space heaters and an electric fireplace are provided for warmth during winter. Free street parking is available in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Public transportation is just a minute away, and electric scooters are available nearby. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
