Paid parking is available on the premises for a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. For stays longer than seven days, an additional charge will apply. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more pets. Cameras on-site monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
