The pool is located at 1212 Carondelet St, New Orleans, a one-minute walk from the unit, with hours from 9am to 9pm. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations.
